Incident and Service Request Process

Incident and Service Request Process

To login to the KIDAN Incident / Service Management Portal go to the below URL.

If you are a requester then it will show the below page after login into the URL.

To process the Incident Request, go through the Report an issue button shown below.

Then you will jump into the below Page



Then you will require to select the Categoryà Sub Category and Item in the form and press Add Request. Like example given below.

Now, fill in the Subject and add Description and press Add Request button to add the request. Shown below.

 

After add Request you will see the confirmation windows below.


 

If you want to see the request just press the View Request button as shown above. You will see the below added request.

To process the Service Request, go through the Request a Service button shown below.

 

 

 

Please select the required service you want to request as shown below.

Then Please select the Priority à SubjectàDescriptionà Add Request

After adding the service request, It will show the below window,

 

To view the service request press View Request button as shown above.
